A cleaning company that does one thing on purpose
Iasmyn Cleaning is commercial only, run from Woburn, and built around a document rather than a promise.
- Licensed and insured
- Five star rated
- Background checked crews
- Commercial only, five years
Iasmyn Cleaning has spent five years doing one thing: cleaning the places people work. Offices and suites, medical and dental practices, schools and daycares, churches, retail floors, restaurants, gyms and industrial buildings across Greater Boston. No houses, no apartments, no weekend residential work on the side.
That focus is a choice and it costs us business every month. A commercial building has different hours, different equipment, different chemistry and a completely different standard of proof than a home does, and a company splitting its attention between the two is average at both. We would rather be the company a facility manager recommends than the one that will take anything.
About the house in the mark
There is a reason it is there. There is a house above the name, drawn in one gold line, with the sparkle over the roof. It is there because of how the work is supposed to feel, not because of what kind of building we clean.
A dental practice is somebody's life savings. A school corridor is where four hundred children spend their day. A warehouse pays the mortgages of thirty families. None of them are houses, and every one of them deserves the care you would give your own. That is the whole idea, and it is why the tagline underneath says clean spaces, better places.
What we are not
We are not the cheapest quote you will get and we do not pretend otherwise. Insurance, background checks, a fixed crew, real equipment and a written scope all cost money that an hourly outfit does not spend. What you get back is a building that stops needing your attention.
We are also not a franchise and not a lead broker. Nobody sells your enquiry on to a contractor an hour after you send it. The person who walks your building is the person who runs the account.
Where we work from
Woburn is the base, which puts us where 93 meets 128. That is why Burlington, Winchester, Stoneham, Reading, Wakefield and Wilmington are our tightest routes, and why a crew can be at a building in that corridor quickly when something goes wrong at six in the morning.
Six things we put in writing
Not values printed on a wall. These are the terms of the arrangement, and every one of them is something you can hold us to.
The owner walks your building before anything is quoted
Iasmyn prices every account in person. The scope is written from what is actually in your space, floor by floor, not from a plan and a rate per square foot.
A checklist gets signed every single visit
Each area on your scope is initialed and dated the night it is done, and the sheet stays in your building. You never have to take our word for what happened after you left.
Licensed and insured, with the certificate in your name
General liability in force before the first visit, and a certificate of insurance issued to your building or your management company on request.
The same crew holds your access
A fixed crew is assigned to your address and stays there. Keys, codes and alarm procedure live in one written record instead of in somebody's memory.
You get a cell number that gets answered
Something wrong at six in the morning reaches the person who can send somebody, on the same morning. No ticket, no queue, no account manager on holiday.
One flat price, held for twelve months
Quoted after the walkthrough and fixed for a year. A slow night is our problem to solve, and it never turns into a line on your invoice.
Tell us about the building
It costs nothing and there is no pitch at the end of it. We go through the building, ask what keeps going wrong, write it down, and leave you with a real number to think about.
- We come to the building, at no cost and with nothing to sign
- A written scope area by area, not a verbal promise
- One flat price per visit or per month, never billed by the hour
- Certificate of insurance issued to your building on request
- The same crew held to your address, background checked
- Thirty day exit clause in every recurring agreement
