Twelve settings, twelve different protocols
A dental operatory, a school corridor, a warehouse slab and a branch lobby fail in completely different ways. The scope is written for the setting, not from a template.
- Licensed and insured
- Five star rated
- Background checked crews
- Commercial only, five years
Find the building that looks like yours
What changes between these is not effort, it is method: which product, which sequence, which hours, what has to be logged, and which surfaces carry the risk.
Medical Offices and Clinics
Waiting rooms, exam rooms and treatment areas cleaned on a written protocol, with disinfection logged by area and date.
DetailsDental Offices
Operatories, sterilization areas and reception cleaned around a practice where patients look at the ceiling for an hour.
DetailsSchools and Daycares
Classrooms, corridors, cafeterias and restrooms on a schedule that fits the school day and survives February.
DetailsChurches and Places of Worship
Sanctuaries, halls and classrooms turned around between services and events, by people who treat the space as a space.
DetailsLaw and Professional Offices
Quiet, discreet evening service for offices where confidential paper sits on desks and clients judge the conference room.
DetailsBanks and Credit Unions
Branch lobbies, teller lines and ATM vestibules kept immaculate under security procedures that are followed to the letter.
DetailsRetail Stores
Sales floors, fitting rooms and glass cleaned before opening, so the first customer sees the store at its best.
DetailsRestaurants and Cafes
Front of house and back of house cleaned overnight, on a scope written with your inspection checklist in hand.
DetailsGyms and Fitness Studios
Equipment, mats, locker rooms and showers cleaned and disinfected properly, because a gym is a shared skin surface.
DetailsLabs and Biotech Offices
The office, corridor and common areas around your lab space, cleaned by people briefed on where the line is.
DetailsWarehouses and Light Industrial
Large floors scrubbed with a machine, offices and restrooms held to an office standard, safety lines kept visible.
DetailsProperty Management and Common Areas
Lobbies, corridors, stairwells, laundry and trash rooms across a portfolio, on one schedule with one contact.
DetailsWhat a commercial agreement with us actually contains
Facility managers do not want adjectives. They want to know what is promised in writing and who picks up the phone when it is not delivered.
- A documented scope of work, task by task and area by area
- A named contact with a direct cell number, not a queue
- A fixed crew assigned to your building, background checked
- Restroom cleaning and restocking logged, not estimated
- General liability insurance, certificate on request
- Key, fob and alarm code control recorded in writing
- A monthly walkthrough with your facility contact
- A thirty day exit clause in every agreement
Typical commercial setup
Multi site portfolios get one contact, one schedule and invoices broken out per location.
Questions about working together
If what you need to know is not here, call and ask. We would rather tell you we are the wrong fit than sell you a program you do not need.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, both. General liability insurance is in force and a certificate of insurance can be issued to your building or management company, with whatever wording your lease requires. Send us the requirement and we will have it issued rather than making you chase it.
Who actually comes into our building?
A fixed crew assigned to your address. Everyone is background checked before they are trusted with a key, a code or a badge. If somebody on your crew is out, you are told who is covering rather than finding a stranger in the building.
How do we know the work was done?
Every area on your scope is initialed and dated on a checklist that stays in your building. If a line is blank, it was not done, and that is a fact rather than an argument. This is the single biggest difference between our accounts and the ones we take over.
We already have a cleaning company. Is it worth talking?
Only if something is not working. If your current company is doing the job, keep them. If you are calling about the same problems every month, a walkthrough costs you thirty minutes and you get a written scope out of it either way, which is useful even if you stay where you are.
Tell us about the building
It costs nothing and there is no pitch at the end of it. We go through the building, ask what keeps going wrong, write it down, and leave you with a real number to think about.
- We come to the building, at no cost and with nothing to sign
- A written scope area by area, not a verbal promise
- One flat price per visit or per month, never billed by the hour
- Certificate of insurance issued to your building on request
- The same crew held to your address, background checked
- Thirty day exit clause in every recurring agreement
