What we collect
When you send the quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the building details you enter, and any date and time you choose for a walkthrough. A careers form collects the same contact details, plus the role, the experience level and the shifts you tick.
Alongside that we keep ordinary web analytics: which pages were opened, where the visit came from, and the click identifier an advertising platform attaches when you arrive from an ad.
What we do with it
A quote request is used to contact you about that building and to put together the scope and the price. A careers form is read by whoever is hiring and used for nothing else. Nothing here is sold, rented, or handed to another cleaning company for any reason.
Cookies and measurement
Google tags on this site run in a consent aware mode. Until you pick an option, nothing is written to a cookie and no advertising identifier is kept, which still lets us count visits in an anonymous form. Choosing accept lets a form or a call be matched back to the campaign it came from. Choosing decline changes nothing about how the site behaves.
To change what you picked, clear this site's stored data in your browser and the choice will be offered again.
How long we keep it
A quote request stays with us while the building is being quoted or serviced, and then two more years so the accounts and any dispute can be reconstructed. A careers form stays on file for twelve months, or less if you write and ask us to take it off.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We answer within thirty days. If you ask us to delete a request while we are actively servicing your building, we will explain what has to be kept for accounting.
Children
This site is directed at businesses and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.
