FAQ

Everything we get asked

If what you need to know is not here, call and ask. We would rather tell you we are the wrong fit than sell you a program you do not need.

Do you clean houses as well?

No. We are commercial only and we intend to stay that way. Residential and commercial are different jobs with different equipment, different hours and different training, and companies that try to do both usually run one of them as a sideline. Offices, medical and dental practices, schools, places of worship, retail, restaurants, gyms and industrial space are what we do.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, both. General liability insurance is in force and a certificate of insurance can be issued to your building or management company, with whatever wording your lease requires. Send us the requirement and we will have it issued rather than making you chase it.

How do you price the work?

One flat price per visit or per month, quoted after a free walkthrough of your actual building. Never by the hour. Hourly billing pays a company to work slowly and gives you nothing to check the invoice against. Your price is held for twelve months from the start date.

What hours do you work?

Most of our work happens after your team leaves, in the evening, overnight or before opening. That is the only way a building can be cleaned properly. Day porter coverage runs during business hours, and weekend work is normal for deep cleans and floor programs.

Is there a contract?

Nightly and weekly programs are usually twelve months, because staffing and equipment get committed to your building. Every agreement carries a thirty day exit clause. One time work such as a deep clean, a post construction clean or a move out has no ongoing commitment at all.

Who actually comes into our building?

A fixed crew assigned to your address. Everyone is background checked before they are trusted with a key, a code or a badge. If somebody on your crew is out, you are told who is covering rather than finding a stranger in the building.

How do we know the work was done?

Every area on your scope is initialed and dated on a checklist that stays in your building. If a line is blank, it was not done, and that is a fact rather than an argument. This is the single biggest difference between our accounts and the ones we take over.

What if something is missed or damaged?

A blank on the checklist next to something you are paying for means we come back and complete it at no cost. Damage gets photographed the same night, reported to you, and handled through the insurance. Neither of those should take more than one phone call from you.

Do you supply products, equipment and paper goods?

Yes, everything arrives with the crew and it is included in your price. If your building requires a specific product, a specific disinfectant or a supplier you are already contracted to, that goes into the scope and we work with it.

What areas do you cover?

Greater Boston. We are based in Woburn, so the corridor through Burlington, Winchester, Stoneham, Reading, Wakefield and Wilmington is our tightest routing, and we run daily into Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Medford, Malden, Lexington and Waltham. Forty four cities and towns in total, with no surcharge inside that area.

How quickly can you start?

A walkthrough usually happens within two business days and the written quote follows within twenty four hours. Most recurring programs start the following week. A building that needs a deep clean first will take a little longer, and that date is agreed with you rather than assumed.

We already have a cleaning company. Is it worth talking?

Only if something is not working. If your current company is doing the job, keep them. If you are calling about the same problems every month, a walkthrough costs you thirty minutes and you get a written scope out of it either way, which is useful even if you stay where you are.

First, what brings you here?

No spam and nothing sold on. Your details are used to quote this building and nothing else. Sending this is a request, not a booking, and we confirm with you first.

Still deciding? Ask on the walkthrough.

No cost, no obligation, and we will tell you honestly if a smaller program would do the job.
