You get your own buildings
Crews are assigned to addresses and keep them. You learn a building once instead of starting from nothing every night, and you finish faster because you know where everything is.
Evening and overnight shifts that fit around a life
Most of our work happens after five. That suits people with daytime commitments, and it means the building is empty and you can actually do the job properly.
Everything you need is supplied
Products, machines, cloths and consumables come with the job. You never buy your own supplies and your car never becomes a storage unit.
You are trained, on the clock
Floor machines, disinfection protocol, post construction sequence. If a building needs a skill you do not have yet, you get taught it and you get paid while you learn it.

What we look for
- Reliable transport, since most buildings are on evening routes
- Willingness to pass a background check before holding a key
- Able to be on your feet and moving for a full shift
- Basic English, Portuguese or Spanish, all three are spoken on our crews
- Legal authorisation to work in the United States
