A warehouse floor is cleaned with a machine or it is not cleaned
Machine scrubbed floors, dust controlled racking, offices and restrooms held to an office standard, and safety markings kept legible.
- Licensed and insured
- Five star rated
- Background checked crews
- Commercial only, five years
Industrial floors do not respond to mopping. The area is too large, the soil is ground in by wheels rather than sitting on top, and hand work on that scale costs more in labour than a machine costs to run. The right answer is an auto scrubber sized to the space and a route that covers it in a defined time.
The second half of the job is everything that is not the slab: the office block, the break room and the restrooms, which in most warehouses are cleaned to a much lower standard than the same rooms would be in an office building. That is a retention issue as much as a cleanliness one.
And safety markings matter. Aisle lines, hatching and floor signage stop working when they are grey, and the people who most need them are the ones moving fastest.

What the program covers
- Main floor machine scrubbed on a route with defined coverage
- Aisles, dock areas, staging zones and pedestrian walkways
- Safety lines, hatching and floor markings cleaned to stay legible
- Racking uprights, low beams and pallet zones dusted on rotation
- Dock doors, levellers, seals and the immediate exterior apron
- Office block cleaned to a full office standard, not an industrial one
- Break room, lockers and vending area cleaned and reset
- Restrooms and washrooms scrubbed, disinfected and restocked
- High level dusting of beams, ledges and fixtures on a schedule
- Waste, recycling and cardboard staging kept clear and safe
Four things we hear in almost every walkthrough
These come up again and again in a warehouse. If any of them sound like your building, the scope is where the fix starts.
A crew mopping fifty thousand square feet by hand and losing to it
Safety lines so faded that nobody reads them any more
Warehouse restrooms held to a standard nobody would accept in an office
Dust on the racking that comes straight back down onto the product
