- Labs and Biotech Offices
Everything up to the lab door, cleaned by people who know where the line is
Offices, corridors, write up areas and common space around lab suites in Cambridge, Woburn, Burlington, Lexington and along 128.
- Licensed and insured
- Five star rated
- Background checked crews
- Commercial only, five years
Greater Boston has more lab and biotech space per square mile than anywhere in the country, and almost all of it sits inside a building that also contains ordinary offices, corridors, meeting rooms and kitchens. Those ordinary spaces are what we clean, and the most important thing about the job is knowing exactly where to stop.
Controlled space belongs to your own trained staff and your own procedures. Our scope is written to the door of it, with the boundary named room by room instead of assumed. Nobody on our crew opens a door that is not on their list.
Around that line, the standard is high. These are buildings where investors, partners and recruits visit constantly, and the corridor between reception and the conference room is doing quiet work every single time.

What the program covers
- Office and write up areas cleaned nightly on a written scope
- Corridors, stairwells, elevator interiors and shared circulation
- Conference and meeting rooms reset for the following morning
- Reception, visitor seating and entrance glass
- Kitchens, cafe areas and break rooms, appliance interiors on rotation
- Restrooms and locker areas scrubbed, disinfected and restocked
- Gowning and corridor areas outside controlled space, to your instruction
- Waste and recycling handled to your building's separation rules
- A written boundary naming every room the crew does not enter
- Background checked crew, badge and escort procedures followed exactly
Four things we hear in almost every walkthrough
These come up again and again in a lab office. If any of them sound like your building, the scope is where the fix starts.
A cleaning crew with no written instruction about which doors are theirs
Waste separation rules that exist on a poster and nowhere else
Corridors and conference rooms that visitors see and nobody owns
Contractors in the building who were never actually checked
Tell us about the building
It costs nothing and there is no pitch at the end of it. We go through the building, ask what keeps going wrong, write it down, and leave you with a real number to think about.
- We come to the building, at no cost and with nothing to sign
- A written scope area by area, not a verbal promise
- One flat price per visit or per month, never billed by the hour
- Certificate of insurance issued to your building on request
- The same crew held to your address, background checked
- Thirty day exit clause in every recurring agreement
