What this page covers
This page applies to the website and to anything you send us through it. The cleaning work itself runs on the scope and agreement issued after your walkthrough. Where that document and this page disagree, the signed document is the one that counts.
Quotes and pricing
Any figure discussed before a walkthrough is an estimate. A binding price is issued only in writing after we have seen the building. A quote is valid for thirty days unless it states otherwise, and it assumes the building is in the condition we saw it in.
Requests, starts and notice
A form is an enquiry. It puts nothing in the schedule until we have confirmed a date with you directly. Recurring agreements end on the notice written into them, normally thirty days. A single visit dropped with under twenty four hours of warning may still be invoiced, since the slot cannot be filled again that late in the day.
Access and safety
You are responsible for giving us safe and lawful access to the building, and for telling us about hazards, alarms, restricted areas and anything needing special handling. We can decline to clean an area that is unsafe or outside the written scope, and we will tell you why.
Damage and claims
We carry general liability insurance. If we damage something, tell us within seventy two hours so it can be documented and resolved. We are not responsible for pre existing damage, for equipment that was already failing, or for finishes that were not disclosed as needing a specific product.
