A sanctuary is used hard for four hours and empty for six days

Turnarounds between services and events, weekly resets, and the seasonal deep work that a volunteer rota cannot realistically carry.

Worship buildings have a usage pattern nothing else shares. Two hundred people arrive within fifteen minutes of each other, use the building intensely for a few hours, and leave. Then it sits quiet, except for the weekday groups, the classes, the choir, the funeral and the hall rental that nobody put on the main calendar.

Most congregations run on volunteers, and volunteers are genuinely good at the visible work. What falls through is the rest: the restrooms on a Wednesday, the fellowship hall floor after a coffee hour, the classroom wing during the week, the high dusting nobody can reach without the right ladder.

We work with what your volunteers already do rather than replacing it, and we quote honestly on the frequency your building needs. Congregations watch every dollar, and a scope with three unnecessary visits on it is not a scope we want to defend later.

What the program covers

  • Sanctuary reset between services: pews, hymnals, aisles and entry
  • Fellowship hall turned around after coffee hours and events
  • Classroom and nursery wing cleaned and disinfected weekly
  • Restrooms scrubbed, disinfected and restocked on your service pattern
  • Kitchen cleaned after use, with appliance interiors on rotation
  • Entrance glass, doors and winter salt from the vestibule in
  • Hard floors and carpet on a planned cycle, not a reactive one
  • High dusting of fixtures, beams and ledges on a seasonal schedule
  • Event and funeral turnarounds arranged at short notice
  • A schedule built around your calendar, including holiday weeks

Four things we hear in almost every walkthrough

These come up again and again in a place of worship. If any of them sound like your building, the scope is where the fix starts.
