A branch has to look completely under control, because the entire product is confidence. Scuffed floors, a smeared ATM screen or a lobby that looks tired reads as an institution that is not paying attention, which is the last thing a bank can afford to project.
It is also the most procedure heavy building we work in. Access windows, camera coverage, alarm sequences, escort requirements and areas that are simply off limits. None of that is negotiable, and a crew that improvises around it creates an incident report rather than a clean branch.
